Absolutely not. At Aadhar Gold & Diamonds, we believe in complete transparency. All charges, including making charges, GST and stone value, are clearly explained and written before every purchase.
We follow the BIS-published rate and update it the same minute across all four stores. Ask any team member for the day's quoted rate before you finalise a purchase.
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, and cash (subject to KYC limits). EMI options available for purchases above ₹50,000.
Yes, our Aadhar Sankalpam scheme lets you save monthly for 11 months and we contribute the 12th instalment. Choose your jewellery anytime after maturity.
Diamond Certification
Yes. Every Aadhar diamond piece ships with an official quality certificate (IGI / GIA) guaranteeing the authenticity, cut, clarity, colour and carat grade of every diamond.
We stock GIA-certified solitaires from F–H colour and VS1–VS2 clarity as standard. Higher grades and rare cuts available on order.
Always. We invite you to view loose diamonds under a 10x loupe at our Kondotty flagship before any setting work begins.
Custom Design
Absolutely. You can bring your own design, sketch, family photograph, or reference image, even a screenshot from Instagram. Our master karigars will bring your vision to life with precision.
Rings and pendants typically take 4 weeks. Necklace and earring sets 6 weeks. Full bridal suites 8–10 weeks. Heritage or temple recreation can take 10–12 weeks depending on complexity.
Yes, every custom order goes through CAD approval before we cast. You'll see a rendered 3D model and can request changes until you sign off.
Bridal Service
Yes, we specialise in custom bridal jewellery sets crafted exclusively for your wedding day, designed to match your style, outfit, and budget.
Two private consultations are included in every bridal commission, one design session and one fitting before the wedding. Additional sessions are free.
We don't offer rentals, but we do offer a wedding-day insurance and a generous buyback policy for sets purchased outright.
Exchange & Buyback
Yes, we offer a completely fair and transparent gold exchange policy across all three of our stores in Malappuram. Your old gold is valued at today's BIS-published rate with no deduction for "wastage".
Yes, bring any hallmarked gold and we'll value it at today's rate. For non-hallmarked pieces we use XRF testing on the spot to confirm purity before quoting.
No buyback charge for Aadhar-purchased jewellery. 2% admin charge for pieces purchased elsewhere, applied transparently and shown on the bill.
Aftercare & Service
Yes. Every Aadhar piece comes with lifetime polishing and minor repair, free of charge. Bring it in any time, usually returned the same day.
We re-set any stone loose within 5 years free of charge. After 5 years a nominal labour charge applies, never for the stone itself.
Yes, fully insured doorstep delivery anywhere in India for orders above ₹25,000. International shipping by request.
